1996 Volvo 850 Stalls sometimes then wont restart

Car occasionally will stall when warm and then wont resatart till it cools down (Maybe 30 minutes later). One shop replaced the mass airflow sensor & the first o2 sensor. Check engine light is on and shows p0171 & p0172. These two codes are rich & lean. I'm at a loss. Also recently the speedometer stops working sometimes. Could this all be an ecm problem?

Speedo isnt likely related. Have them check fuel pressure to be sure it is in spec. Also when it wont start, check for spark and fuel pressure, need to know what is missing. Look for any tears or cracks in the boot between the Mass airflow Meter and the engine, replace if any are found
