VW Jetta GL 95, 150k, 2.0L - electrical problems

Hi all,

i bought jetta GL 95, 150k, 2.0L, 2 months ago. I curious about new battery, atifreeze container, and windshield fluid container (all those part in line on the right side). Probably this car was in accident.

i start had problems 2 weeks ago. I park for a while, then it won't started. I jumped the battery but didn't take long. I replaced battery and the alternator, but then it only good for a day driving (while i'm driving, suddently all electric in dash gone, and car stop running).

My question is this. Is the battery dead when you try to start it or is the vehicle not starting right away and thus the turning over of the engine killing the battery. Is there good voltage to the battery?

I put a new battery, and also new alternator. Then the car runs good, but after I drove for around 5 hours, the engine powerless, all instruments light off. After that, engine stop running and won't start.
Help me, please.
