The problems are

1. Difficult and sometimes not possible to get into 1st or second gear, regardless of car in motion.

2. While depressing clutch, the clutch pad goes very shaky and could feel its being obstructed by something.

this problem has been there for last 2/3 days. Also felt the entire clutch and gear area is vibrating while the car is moving. Its so hard to get into 1st gear even the cletch is fully pressed. While driving suddently if you come down to second gear you could hardly feel anything happening after pressing clutch fully down and the gear wont move as well, so car would be like floating on the road.

Please help or advice what could be the problem.

Might be kind of nice to know the mileage on the vehicle and clutch as well as the year of the vehicle. I take it there is good pedal pressure on the clutch.

So sorry that I didnt give the required information.

It's over 63000 milage and 'V' reg [2000]

since I wrote my last message the problem got worst and cant even engage to 1st or second gear. The more difficult part is getting back from reverse gear to lower gear. The clutch seems not doing anything. Also, I have noticed when the engine is on and the sound changes when the clutch is pressed and you could notice the diffenrece in engine sound once u release the clutch.

Please help to know what could be the problem.
