Replace sunroof glass - VW Jetta GLS 1997

I have Jetta GLS 1997, and lately its sunroof glass was shattered by someone. I called some auto glass shops but no one had glass for it, so I asked a dealer for glass. They said that sunroof glass costs about $650 & plus labor, $250. Total will be about $900.

Therefore, I'm thinking to get glass from junk yard, and replace it by myself, but I have no idea how to remove the ceiling panel and replace glass.

If someone knows about that, please help me.
