Location of fuel filter

I have a 2001 Volkswagen Passat with a V6 engine, standard transmission and 94,000 miles on it. Where is the location of the fuel filter? At what mileage should spark plugs be changed?

Fuel filter is located at the rear of the car, in front of the Fuel Tank. As for the spark plugs, they should be changed every 30,000 MI. or 30 months. Hope this helps!
