Any suggestions for removing an aluminum rim that has corroded onto the rear brake rotor? And how to prevent recurrence?

Install wheel bolt part way to prevent wheel from flying off. Raise and support vehicle and kick the wheel from behind to free it. You can try a little anti-seize on the center where it aligns
