My car recently began making a loud humming sound when the defrost or heat is on and when really cold the car shakes.

The humming may be the blower motor having trouble, does it change pitch with the speed of the blower motor? The shaking. Does it go away when the engine is warmed up? Does it feel like a vibration in the car or is it making the engine not want to accelerate
