2001 Volkswagen Jetta 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i recently had a battery problem that something in the car was draining my battery so we took every fuse one by one to see what was the issues causeing the battery to die everyday but since then the airbag light came on and wont go off its been on 4 about 3 days now

Hello

99% of the time once a fault occurs with the Air Bag system, the controller stores the code and can only be reset at the dealer. The car performs a self check and things there is a problem with the air bag system and sets the light.

If the light is on, you need to have your system checked.

Check to ensure that the fuse for the airbag system was not damaged when you was removing them. A fuse is rather delicate and can be blown even if the metal inside of the fuse isn't actually broken.
