2000 Volkswagen Jetta "Jetta Woes"

'00 vw jetta

list of things wrong with it :

burns oil like crazy
obdII codes -for random cyl2 &4 misfire.
shakes when idling (feels kinda like a tactor)
Major loss of power (1st gear to get up a hill )

previously fixed coil pack and spark plugs and wires only 3 months ish old. Tested and are still working?

Also it had been coming up with a pre cat 02 sensor I changed that and nothing happened. Now it says that there is no activity. Is there something else I had to do other than plug it in?

any ideas of what could be going wrong?
