I have a 99 VW Jetta it has a lot of miles on it. I've noticed that coolant has been leaking from the car. Once the car is on and driving the coolant leaks like never before but once the car is off it will just drip for a little while then stop and over night the coolant will not leak but once the car has been on for a while it will not hold any coolant. Im wondering if this is a possible head gasket problem or hopefully something simple like a hose? Please help

The easiest thing to do is use a coolant pressure tester and pressurize the cooling system. While under pressure coolant or water will leak from the hose or flange. If no leaks found you can buy a head gasket tester kit. But while under pressure just look from where coolant is leaking.
