my car will go in every gear but it dont move when I realase the clutch motor does not die

I had the same problem on my gti. The clutch was not engaging becuase the throwout bearing had fallen apart.

Most likely problem is the clutch is burnt out if it was the release bearing he car wouldnot go into gear with theengine running another common problem is that the rivet that hold the crownwheel to the differential are known to shear off.
