why would my air show a full charge, the compressor kicks on and off but the air is hot.

Could be the air blend door stuck in the heat position

Ok I was told it is showing high pressure on the low pressure side around 85 psi on the low side. What could cause that?

The system could be overcharge or it has air in it and compressor problem.
