Dear Sir,
2 weeks ago I had a major maintenance for my VW Golf MK5 1.6L Engine. In the dealership they replaced the 2 Engine belts and the tensioner as we as the coolant pump. Ever since when ever the engine warms up I hear annoying squeaking noise that never come up when the engine is cool. More over, if the engine is hot and I pour water on the belts (alot of water) the squeak disappear of seconds then come back again ! Can you please advise what would be the problem?

HI there,

This sounds like insufficient belt tensions, I would get the dealer to check this out, if they replaced the belts they should make sure that the tensions are correct.
