WHAT IS THE SPECIFIC PROCEDURE FOR REFILLING THESE VEHICLES, TRADITIONAL HEATER ON AND BURPING ISNT WORKING, I READ SOMETHING ABOUT HAVING TO APPLY A VACUUM..HOW AND WHERE?

Applying vacuum requires the use of a special tool.
Otherwise you'll need to fill the system very slowly and maybe even take an upper coolant hose off to help bleed. Once it is full you'll need to drive the car long enough for the thermostat to open. Then shut the car down and let the engine cool completely. Most air bubbles will make their way up during this time and all you need to do is top off the reservoir.

Sometimes the air bubbles are stubborn and take a few heat cycles to get out.
