Unable to depress the caliper piston in order to insert the brake pads. I have used a C clamp and loosened the brake resevior cap, but the piston will not go far enough in to insert new brake pads. Have not been able to move it at all.

is there a emergency brake cable going to the caliper? if there is you might have a ratcheting caliper that must be turned and rotated while compressing, just a thought
