yea I have a 74 beetle with a wiring problem. My turn signals dont work, Ive changed the fuse numerous times and it still doesnt work, and everytime I put a new fuse in and turn the key on it just blows the fuse.

Most likely your problem is because something is plugged into that fuse that shouldn't be, like a radio, or aftermarket part. Try upgrading the fuse from the 8amp to the 16 or 24 amp fuses, which are red and blue normally instead of the white ones. It might temporarily fix your problem and keep you from getting a fix it ticket, but I'd still dig deeper.
