1964 Volkswagen Beetle 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual unknow miles

i just bought a 64 baja bug, it sat for 5yrs. The motor is a 1600 dual port, with a motorcraft 2bbl. Stock point system, I flushed the gas system, change oil, filter plugd wires cap and rotor, car runs pretty good but has a pretty fast idle, what do u think I can do to resolve this problem

If it was a stock carburetor, I'd say turn idle air screw in until it starts to stumble, then back out about a turn, then if stop screw on fast idle cam is holding throttle open, turn it in. But I don't know what this one's got.

Spark too far advanced also causes fast idle.
