On your yourtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMGpzJKb7uI
(which is excellent, by the way) I saw at 2:24 you say "Using the appropriate size metric hardware, separate the pad from the rotor". I was not sure what size that hardware was. The larger problem is that I don't know how to measure it without a bunch of trial and error which with only having 1 care makes it crazy hard to go to the hardware store, buy two metric bolts, try them out, find out they are too small or large, put the tire back on, head back to the store... rinse and repeat. Any chance you could let me know along with those that posted under your video? It would be a great help!!

. See pic single arrow is size 1.0 is thread per inch first number is what size but no length is given. Nm is torque. These shold be bought at auto parts or dealer not a hardware due to strength of bolt. Hardware store may not carry one that is hard enough

Okay, so just to make sure I understand correctly, the correct bolt is a #6 with 1 thread per mm (millimeter) that I use to get the rotor off the brake assembly as referenced in youtube video at

at time 2:24. Is this correct? Also, I should purchase them from an autoparts store as they need to withstand more torque than the normal bolts at a hardware store.

Yup only thing you need to know is length which we don't have that is why you should measure one or take it with you as they will be in mm as well. It's 6x1mm for thread
