Vibrations when the car is in motion after gear change

My car has these vibrations while the car is in motion, immediately I change gears from two to three it vibrates. The other vibration is is when I am on sixth gear/rev count 2 there will be this vibrations and a funny noise as if something is loose inside. When I go pass rev count 2 then the vibrations stops. A month ago I replaced my clutch. What could be the problem?

Have you physically checked your universal joints?
