Vibration under the hood?

Engine runs quiet and smoothly until I turn on the blower motor fan, whether using air conditioner or not. I know it is not the blower motor because I disconnected blower motor power and still had same vibration under the hood. When I turn the vehicle off, it sounds like another motor shutting off. I cannot pinpoint where the vibration is coming from.

I know it does it without the A/C on, can you please unplug the A/C compressor to see if the problem is still there? If so, you have an A/C compressor going out or the system is overcharged or has too much oil in it. Also check the belt tensioner. Please check the images below.
