Vibration on acceleration

Hello,
I have a vibration after third gear on acceleration only, when I take my foot off gas it becomes smooth. Replaced motor mounts and transmission mounts, replaced spark plugs as well. I know it is not tires just for the fact that it smooth out no matter how fast I am going as long as I take my foot off gas. Any suggestions? Thanks

More than likely you have a suspension component loose. Could be a drive axle as well. You need shake down the front end and then you may have to remove the CV joints to check them. I suspect you have an issue on the inner CV joints as these are typical for acceleration vibrations.
