If you feel the vibration in the floor, chances are the problem is in the rear. Did you check for a bent rim? If you rotate the new tires, does the problem change? Is there any excessive play in the rear axles? Were all U-joints replaced?

If the u joints are new, the tires are new and there are no bent rims, the mounts (trans and engine mounts) are good, and the driveshaft isn't bent, then my guess is there is a problem in the differential itself. Have you checked for excessive play in the differential where the rear of the driveshaft attaches? Any excessive play in and out of the wheels? Any noise coming from the differential area like a growing noise?
