What does it mean, when in scan report under 1) TCM - "no original VIN, 2)PCM- "no original VIN, 3) WIN- " no current VIN, (after DDM was replaced with a used DDM )?

Original and Current VINs are more for comparison purposes to determine possible issues for mismatch VINs. Its mostly used for warranty determination to see if someone used a used module. It is pretty common for the WIN to have "No Current VIN." Then the Original VIN is not saved all the time either. I have looked at thousands of scan reports and seen that many times.

I answered your other question about the DDM so after you installed it, does everything operate and the vehicle start and run? If so, just ignore the VIN data on the scan report.
