I've checked all fuses related to these parts.I assume it may be a relay fault. It happened after I got a company to replace my alternator. But I've left it too long to return it

Could you explain the fault in more detail. The alterantor could be faulty or the belt not tight enough !

What I said originally is that my washers, heat controls and air cond. Controls have not been working since I had a garage change my alternator. The alternator is working fine but I feel they've caused a fault in something like a relay, because all the related fuses are intact
