The fuse keeps blowing on the window wipers everytime the ignition is turned on. Tried a few things bought a pump retraced wiring even dissconnected each plug while havin a light bulb in the fuse compartment. Also my full beam keeps flicking on while drivin would that have anything to do with it? Please help to answer this question
