1995 Vauxhall Vectra over heating

Have changed cylinder head gasket and fan thermostat fan works when oer ridden engine works very hot and fan still wont kick in the heater is blowing cold air all the time coz the fan not working when I try to remove air from system it boils back in header tank. I am desperate now.

Hi there,

Re check that the thermostat is opening, boil it up in water on the stove, have the radiator cleaned & flow tested, if these are ok, you should not have any problems, start here.
