2000 Vauxhall Astra Engine Size unknown Four Wheel Drive Manual 125000 miles
it happens at random times. A whistling noise starts like a bird flying along with you whilst driving then a high pitched howling noise starts. Will be worse when going slower. Sometimes worse when I turn the wheel right then stops when turning left. The noise STOPS usually when I press the break. These are new brakes pads and discs fitted 1000 miles ago although has made these noises since new. There is no pattern. Sometimes will have been driving a few miles then it starts and will last remainder of journey. Sometimes straight from moving off. Other times it only lasts a couple of minutes. Sometimes drive to work its fine then drive home and it starts. Can you help
