struggling to start in the morning, allow glow plugs to warm up until light goes off about 5-10 seconds then turn over engine, have to do this 2 3 or 4 times before it will start and then gives off a plume of bluey grey smoke. Only happens first thing in the morning then runs fine for the rest of the day.
