No, it's the one with the one attached to the camshaft no # for it on picture but I did find the # 06A109087. Know anywhere I can get it cheap in Riverside California?

I have a 2011 Nissan Altima hybrid the power converter orange cable ground wire shorted out when I connected the battery put positive on first then negative could this have been cause the cable is no good or the power converter is no good?
