I need help figuring out how to run the vacuum lines in my vehicle listed above. When I bought it, the previous lines were not in the truck at all.

Good morning, KRIS GRANT,

I found a vacuum hose routing diagram for you. Unfortunately, due to the age of the vehicle I have limited information on my end.

It doesn't look like it is complete, but it should get you started in the right direction.

The second diagram has more info but is kind of a mess to follow, but I am adding it anyway, so you have as much information as possible.

If you would like to send me a couple of pictures of the engine, I may be able to help more. But for now, I would start to put in one line at a time and see what you are left with.

Looks like someone ripped out all the emissions stuff out possibly so you may not have certain components there to connect to. I am only speculating here though.

I will continue to look for a better diagram for you and will send it to you.

But like I said for now I would start with these two and see how you make out. You should be able to get a few lines in then we can figure out what is left.

Note-The part that says TVS in the first diagram stands for Thermal Vacuum Switch. I have included a picture of this part for you.

I am also adding a picture of what the EGR Valve should look like if it is still there just for your reference.

Let me know how it goes and if you can send me some images of the engine compartment if you have a chance so I can help you better.

Thank you,
Brendon
