I have to change the vacuum line which runs from engine bay to rear exhaust, it is made of corrugated plastic not rubber.

BMW part number is: 18-30-7-628-078 (long hose).
All I need to ask is the route of installation of this hose, where it runs from inside the car, so that I can do it myself as BMW is charging $1,000.00 for just installing this although the price of vacuum hose is just $70.00.
Please advise or if you have a diagram available.
Thanks very much,
Ash

The car listed above has a Turbo.

There is not a diagram for the job you want to do, the line is for the EVAP system. I would see where the line goes and start investigating, I believe the line runes under some heat shields under the car which you will need to remove parts of the exhaust. Here are the instructions for the exhaust system removal which then you can remove the heat shields which is pretty easy. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
