idling rough when in park and while sitting at stoplights

I’ve had this truck about 5 months and just within the last 3 months I’ve noticed the truck idling rough when in park and while sitting at stoplights/in traffic. Also when you rev the engine, it gets up to about 3,000 RPM’s and the truck just shakes. I’m thinking it’s either a vacuum leak or a bad sensor, maybe fuel injectors. Any help is appreciated.

More then likely this is a vacuum leak. Here is a guide that will help find this leak:

If this checks out then we can move on but we will need to check for codes as well,

If it is a sensor issue we should have some codes however this sounds like a vacuum leak so I suspect you will find something there. Let us know what you find. Thanks
