Just wanted to know what are those big round bars which came out from under and where is it connected to?

It looks like one of the supports that make up the dash has broken off, was this car in an accident? We need to remove the lower dash panel to take a look to see what's going on here is how to remove the cover so you can upload more images. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Okay, this can break the welds holding the dash substructure together. I would remove the dash subpanel to detect where the dash is broken and then weld it back together. If you don't have a welder, you can take it to a muffler shop, and they should be able to help you.
