When AC is on it accelerates and shifts?

This vehicle has never stalled out, over heated or not started. Major recent repairs. Whirring sound under the hood. Blows out cold air. Starts perfectly. However has no acceleration. But when ac is on it accelerates and shifts just fine

It sounds like the TIPM is going out. Lets do a CAN scan to see what codes are stored, please go over this video to show you how.
