Unidentified part on engine block

There is a bolt that had a wire attached into it the wire is broken off, I'm trying to replace it but I need help identifying the part.

Hello,

It could be a ground for the engine harness.
What part of the engine is it located?
Do you have any components that are not functional?

If you would please upload a few pictures of the bolt and the location, this can help with determining what it might be.

The engine is overheating
It’s on the left side of the engine block.
