Unable to program key

The car failed to start it does not crank and no light was seen on dashboard after changing the smart key box and fuse box light started appearing on the dashboard but unable to detect smart key so we did changed the immobilizer box but now it is very difficult to reprogram the key again.

Can you clarify which light you are seeing on the dash? Can you get a picture of this light?

Also, I am attaching the info on programming keys. When you changed the immobilizer, did you get new keys with it or are you trying to program the old keys to the new immobilizer?

Please see the info attached and that should help trouble shoot this issue but let me know this info and we can go from there.
