No response from both remote entry keys, key battery new. The vehicle is totally dead, cannot gain access to check battery.
3.2v6 4 motion model with full options. Vehicle is in Bahrain. No previous problems of this nature in the period of ownership which is 2 years, no hint of a battery problem before this occurrence.

There is no manual key only remote, if it had been that easy I would not have troubled you.

Well some people forget that is why I asked. You may be able to get into hood by going underneath then charging battery but not sure that would work either. Regardless you'll have to get into car anyhow. Funny our manual says you do have one see pic. I really don't know what else to tell you on this one.

Thanks for your efforts, the battery is in the boot(trunk), looks like a callout from the VW dealer.

Ya sorry to bad that vw does that and not leave a way to get into car. I'm sure being in Bahrain isn't the easiest with that either.
