Can a crankshaft sensor cause a p052b and p054b two to three minutes after start up.

No. These two Direct Trouble Codes [DTC][s] are dealing with your vehicle's engine's camshaft not being able to be adjusted to their proper spot. In the diagrams down below I have included the description and troubleshooting guide for your vehicle for these two DTC's from the vehicle manufacturer.
