Turns over, won't fire off?

Have a 2000 chevy silverado z71 4x4. It started running bad a few weeks ago, to where it was hard to crank in the mornings, amd id have to keep my foot on the gas (while applying brakes)at red lights. Fast forward a little, it died on me coming in the driveway one afternoon, but said had 1/4 tanks of gas. Got more gas, cranked right off. Only for a few days. Found one spark plug broken fixed that. Went to get in it one morning for work, and hasn't cranked since. This is what I have done so far.
Ended up siphoning gas out, and yes, it had about 1/4 tank of gas (but it was water) in it. Won't be getting gas at my regular gas station no more. But got all that I could out of it. Even drilled a hole in tank and drained it that way. (Fixed that of course)Blowed all the lines out and started all over with fresh new gas. Have changed the Crank shaft sensor, spark plugs and wires, new fuel filter. Have check all fuses several times, even replaced some just because, fuel pump is pumping, just don't know how hard, getting gas to fuel rail. What am I missing? What next?
Oh, and I also have done the security reset a couple of times as well. And it will start eventually with starting fluid, just runs rough, and dies as soon as fluid is gone.
