Turn signals turn on at same time and do not flash?

Hi, been awhile but here I am again in need of some wisdom. Changed front turn signals to LED on my truck listed above 1500. Now when I hit the switch both come on and don't flash. What gives? I added a resistor on the wires so I am kind of lost at the moment. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

The LEDs is what does it, the resistance is too low for the flasher to work but to be sure reinstall the old bulbs, I think they may make a low resistance flasher I would check online. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
