Turn signal flash fast then slow

1989 Cadillac Deville turn signal lights on both right and left side flash fast then slow.I have check all light bulbs for faulty or burnt all are good. I have pulled the flasher relay from under the dash and replaced it with a new one but lights continue to flash fast then slow. I turned on hazard lights and they function normally. Does the hazard light have a separate relay from the turn signal or do they share one relay. How can I resolve this problem of fast and slow signals? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a turn/hazard module that is out. Here is the location of the module along with the wiring diagrams to help you see how then system works. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Hello, thank you for the information, but I cannot seem to find a turn/hazard module in the vehicle or an availability online for an 1989 Deville would you know where I can purchase that module? But first exactly where I can find it in the vehicle? Would it be under the hood front of vehicle near radiator or near the firewall or in dashboard? Anymore other information is truly appreciated. Thank you.
