Turn signal lever works signals if only pushed part way to operate signals right and left, if pushed fully left and right stops working completely, previously did not work at all, vehicle seat for long time. Believe contacts our corroded on turn signal center column switch or left switch on side of column, which do I change?

That is a turn signal switch see picture for how to do it. We do not have pictures for this. MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE TO FOLLOW AIRBAG DISABLING INSTRUCTIONS.

Have done multiple steering column with air bag remove and replace, but you did not say witch switch to replace, is it most likely the one around upper steering shaft?
