Turn on rear air and nothing happens

I have no rear air, hot or cold, turn switches on front and back and have nothing. I check the blower motor and it work's fine. Now I am at a loss.

Here is the wiring diagram for the rear blower. Start out by testing the fuses in the diagram and then test at the motor to determine whether it is power or ground that you are missing at the plug.
