Code p0236, turbocharger solenoid?

It was jerking and losing power. Someone said change MAP sensor, done. I did that before I ran code, hmm. Anyway, ran code and it's coming up p0236 turbocharger sensor. I started changing that, but shredded the hoses, yes, all three terrible. I have looked everywhere for the size. oh, the hoses I need and came up empty. Can you please tell me what is the correct size hose these are and what type? Auto stores around here are well, not helpful. Thank you

This can be because the turbocharger has gone out FYI, I would check the turbo main shaft endplay. Also, here is how to change the turbo out in case the code comes back. The lines you speak of look like 1/4 fuel line.

The P0236 code indicates a problem with the turbocharger boost sensor A circuit range/performance.
