Oil leaked out of the dipstick

First it leaked oil from blow off then it would stall on startup if I did not give it a bit of gas. Then pflow leaked oil then lack of boost stated and back fired once. So I did a test with pflow off to see if it was a lack of air boosted only 13 psi. When it should be at least 18 and oil leaked out of the dipstick.

If you are getting oil out of dipstick it may be pressurizing the engine too much. Check for a bad seal on turbo and the PCV system. 13 psi is a lot of boost so check compression as well.
