I’m putting a new motor in my truck listed above. The new motor has a little work done to a cam and aftermarket heads. Will I need a tune for this motor? It has been bore over I don’t know by how much but it’s a 355 and I’m curious to know if I need a tune or not far as my ECU and Etc.

As a general rule any time you add things like cams and heads you would be better off getting a custom tune to allow them to actually function as intended. However, you also need to know just how far from the stock specifications you are to know for sure. Say your cam isn't that far from stock and the heads are simply replacements for damaged stock units it might compensate enough. However, if it's a much different cam and the heads are higher compression then you really need a tune to get any performance out of it.
