Trying to locate VVTI Solenoid/Oil Control Valve

Hi all,

I am trying to location the VVTI Solenoid /Oil Control Valve on my K3-VE Engine however cannot find it. Please could you tell me where or how to locate it?

Unfortunately we don't have a manual on your vehicle because it is not offered in the USA so they don't include it in our manuals. However, in general the VVT solenoids are located at the camshafts as this is what controls the variable timing. So if you can locate your camshafts (assuming it is over head cam and there are multiple camshafts) they will be attached to the front or back of the cam itself.
