I have my truck in for warranty repair they replace the arm from the transfer case to the passenger side front tire and part of the transfer case since. Then I've had a shake in my truck above 60 km an hour that wasn't there prior and my tires are balanced.

Clearly we need to take it back to the dealer. They have access to what is called a vibration analyzer which will tell them what type of component is causing the issue. However, if that is all they did, the only thing I can think is they didn't torque something down properly.

However, based just on this info, it is almost impossible to tell you what the actual cause is of a vibration.

Please let us know what the dealer finds. Thanks

They found a rough spot on the front front u-joint and think that's the cause.

Okay. More than likely they did not index it so it didn't go back on in the same spot. That is pretty common, unfortunately. Thanks for the update. Come back if you have other questions. Thanks
