My boyfriend took his 20 inch tires off of his 2008 Silverado. He replaced them with some 16 in tires that were taken off of a 2001 Silverado. After replacing all of the tires, he got in the truck to go somewhere and when he puts it in Drive, it won't move. It acts as if the emergency brake is on. Is there some sort of sensor or something that may be causing this after changing the tires?

Welcome to 2CarPros. From the description I would say the 16 inch rims are not large enough to clear the brakes and that it preventing them from moving. I would suggest just putting the 20" back on.
