Truck sounding noise

I hear a trucking noise, muffled noise when driving. It seem to be coming from the back.

Not really sure what kind of noise your hearing is it a exhaust leak?

OK sounds like you could have a bad or cupped tire or a bad wheel bearing. Run you hands over the treads of the back tires. Feeling for unevenness in the tires let me know what you find.
